All of our products allow upto 2 lines of personalisation. Upto 40 characters are permitted in each line. We recommend to write a salutation in the first line for example, With Best Compliments, With Best Wishes, Warm Regards etc. We recommend to put your name in the second line. Please note that personalisation does not include font selection. Fonts have been carefully curated as part of the design language.

- Since we personalise each product no exchanges or returns will be possible.
- Cancellation Before Printing Work Begins: If you need to cancel your order within 2 hrs of placing the order, before it proceeds to production, we will provide a full refund.
- Cancellation After Print Work : Once design work has commenced, we are unable to offer a full refund due to the custom nature of our products.
- Returns for Spelling Error: There is no return/ exchange/ refund on any of our products due to a spelling error from your end.
- Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges for Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives damaged or with a printing error or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Absolutely! You can personalize your stationery with names, initials, greetings, or a custom message. Simply add your details in the personalization box while placing your order. If you have a special request, leave us a note we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.
Can I preview my design before it's printed?
For most orders, we create the design based on the details you provide. If you've requested a proof, we'll share a digital preview for approval before printing. Production begins only after the design is finalized.
What is the processing and shipping time?
We religiously aim to ship the products within 7-10 working days. Since all the products are made-to-order, in few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels.
Can I order in bulk for birthdays or return gifts?
Absolutely! We offer bulk orders for birthdays, return gifts, schools, and special events.
What if I need a larger quantity or have a custom requirement?
We'd love to help! Whether you need bulk quantities, custom colours, different wording, or a completely bespoke design, simply get in touch with us and we'll create something just for you.
